Talking control in the interview meeting To manage & put your self in the best light
We wonder what about will they ask us? Not all employer/ interviewers are trainded to ask about your techniques in interviewing.May they guide talking conversation away irrelevancies.Especially if the interviewer is not putting questions which you can show your strengths or your acheivements.

Trying to steer the talking get back on track. You can ask a related-jobs let them asnwer.
As you know, both interviewers expect to hire an excellent candidate and Job seeker hope so,
If you feel faltering of interviewing, do not spend the time until end-meeting.You can ask about their feeling why do they enjoy working there, may it ‘s a great question you can get replies by honest!

how do we deal with unexpected questions?
this is very interesting question
in my opinion
first of all, employer is usually more possitive position than candidate in interview meeting, because they have a wide selection while each candidate has only one target.
next, employer who specialize in recruitment so they can easilly find out our strong and weak point to give surprised questions/institutions
how do we deal with unexpected questions? -> it is related to experience and skill in detail period time, with a good knowledge about work, society, ... and confident, i believe that we can apply to solve all problems
unexpected questions make us unhappy, we are ugly facial appearance at that time -> we should always smile during in the interview meeting
you can slash question to smaller ideas and then please calm down to answer -> don't care it is true or false
this is my thinking, i look forward to hearing from your comment

I haven't ever joined to interview meeting, i am third-student presently, at this time next year i will graduate from university. to be prepared better for work in the next time, i would like to learn from others: skill, experience, etc

As you can see, recruitment are proceedings or detail plans of employer, they built up it before we are invited to interview. everthing is ready to start
In globalization trend, people usually use Internet as a part of life, we can summit easilly our CV to employer by sending directly or through Internet

I think that unexpected question and surprised institution are almost concerned with work, employer hope that we would address and tackle this issues creatively, flexibly...we should show best personal quality

in my opinion, unexpected question is not personal question, nobody wants other to interfere deeply their life, we can only answer limited or refuse as you say. i make sure that they do not verify level your answer through this questions

=> Of course, but how?Sometime the interviewer wants to say again if you dont know how tactfully ignore even you know that is not related but the way employers gauge you.

P/s: Nothing impossible, " unexpected" how do we expect unhappening?Right?

Reason why we need to ready for unexpected things.It decides you fail or pass.
