II. Job description:
- Operating all activities fo accounting dept.: assign tasks, checking, supervising subordinate duties, making sure all duties not only best but also exact operated.
- Checking monthly tax report.
- Cheking payable, debts and arising cost.
- Cheking payment vouchers.
- Checking balance form detail accounts (cash, bank deposits...).
- Determine the turnover (coordinate handover house dept, to confirm again, and entry turnover in the Bravo system). Calculate the product cost price, stock finished product.
- Entry accounting deprecitation arise.
- Synthesize data, determine the business result, making quarterly Corporate Income Tax report, Finance Annual Report.
- Preparing and submitting Finance Statements, Management Report for Finance Director, General Director and Shareholders.
- Update tax policies and relevant financial policies.
- Instructing, supporting, training the subordinate.
- Monitor and make Finance Report for Company.
- Participate in, contributing your ideas to form financial policies, building, editing internal audit processes. (Such as: Finance Control, Payment, Purchasing, Advanced, Claim, transfer and keep vouchers).
- Participate in providing, accounting for figures when the appropriviate authorities come our company to checking, such as: Auditing, Tax,...
- To perform any other job assigned by Finance Director and General Director from time to time.
III. Job Requirement:
- Must have an University Degree.
- Preferably with minimum 4 years experience at relevant division, has got the chief accountant certificate.
- Having wide knowledge of financial accounting, management accounting, human resource and government policies and rules about labour, Corporate Income Tax, Value Added Tax, Personal Income Tax,..., and another policies.
- Strong in self discipline, in keeping confident the sensitive information and supervisory skills.
- Ability to instruct, communicate and training the subordinate.
- Good in Microsoft Office, Accounting Bravo Software...
- Careful, straight and willingness to accept responsibility.
- Honest, Responsible and polite at all times for everyone.
