I 100% agree with u that: Most most of us get angry easily. It can come anytime & anycase even just simple matter. and Anger bring us much inconvenient things, something like: bad friendship, bad relationship, inefficient working result....Most of us know that: we should control & get out it. But it's not easy as your say. Could u share more with everyone the methord how to drop anger into body ?

Someone choose to ignore them, deep breath is the best way that your brain is relax.
Then finding out the source of anger, it allows you to be less re-doing b/c you are more aware of the triggers

I think the best way to improve your speaking skill is:finding the chance to speak E usually. firstly, don't be shy. Just consider E same Vietnamse & try to express your idea. Secondly dont much care about grammar when u speak, just try to make listener understand u. And step by step, u will level your speaking up.
