JOB POSITION: Accounting Payables

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Checking payment requests to ensure correctness, complied with internal policies, internal rules, and local regulations.
• Register & input Fix Asset to SAP system as Fix Asset Policy.
• Allocating the cost incurred monthly.
• Reconcile BS Accounts.
• Receiving and checking invoices of dealers.
• Reconcile and clearing bank accounts timely in the morning.
• Manage and issue e-invoice for subvention and other incomes.
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies, tasks for month-end, year-end closing.
• Other tasks assigned by Leader/CA…

JOB REQUIRMENTS

• University graduate in Economy/Finance/Accounting.
• 5 years experience (for AP Executive) and 3 years experience (for AP Specialist) in accountant , especially knowledge of account payable.
• Literate in Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English is plus.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Cooperative and supportive.
