POSITION DESCRIPTION
1 FINANCE and ACCOUNTING SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR
Corporate Unit: Schenker Vietnam
Location: Hochiminh
Reporting to: Chief Accountant & CFO
Staff Responsibility: No
2 General Description
In the first place, the Finance & Accounting System Administrator will support the implementation of FSCM, SAP module for Credit-Control. Then, the Finance & Accounting System Administrator will maintain functionalities for Controlling in SAP.
3 Specific Accountabilities
· Fluent in English
4 Skills Required
· Strong organizational skills
· Basics in IT
· Able to communicate with our Regional Head Office in Singapore
· Microsoft office skill
5 Experience and Qualifications
· Good understanding on Financial issues
· Knowledge of SAP is a must
· The position is open to junior staff having 2 years’ experience.
