1. DTH Relationship Officer
The primary role of the DTH Relationship Officer is:
1) Underwriting and Budget Analysis via phone – Contacting assigned customers for phone interview adherence to the DTH Underwriting script.
2) Maintaining Portfolio Quality – Doing preventive callouts for potential non-starters and callouts of bucket zero stock maintaining set benchmark
3) Solicitation – all underwritten cases are offered credit shield, solicitation should be within set guidelines to specifically mean that this is optional; solicitation of qualified referrals for DTH Referral Program and solicitation of Topup and Cross-sell as may be assigned
