JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Prepare daily bank report to send out to other internal departments Prepare daily bank statement report, collection, trade finance interest which contain all current loan drawdown
• Process payment for oil vendors on time and accurately by working with bank, manage and optimise cash fund position and prepare report for cash position for management review timely. Responsible for communicating and following up with bank for processing all other banking transactions
• Log into Standard Chartered bank S2B exchange, retrieve forex data and send out to SG and commercial team daily
• Analyse and follow up on the forex variation daily. Prepare analytical report on forex and notify HQ and commercial team to buy forward USD to avoid huge forex loss
• Prepare and process yearly bank guarantee for VAS vendor
• Management report involvement: Book, reverse accrual for bank interest; Assist on forecast, budget work with sale team on oil purchase plan. Prepare oil purchase data
• RCS payment/Employee monthly petty cash claim Process payment for employee petty cash claim (RCS) on time and accurately on monthly basis
• Assist, back up for processing payment for Sales support and settlement to Distributors on time and accurately (related to Sales & marketing)
• Back up for team on processing payment for sales support program and account into SAP, distributor settlement
• VAT in put report: Compile AP oil purchase and RCS related tax invoices and create report for VAT input to submit end of month
• Attend the stocktake 2 times per year

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree in finance & accounting
• At least 3 year experience in Finance field and auditing experiences is priority
• Good at English communication, MS office and SAP software
• Have experience in preparing financial report
• Experience in working at MNC Company, accounting department
