POSITION: AR accountant

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Manage and controls all activities in account receivable function
• Make sure billing process follows company regulations
• Make sure revenue recording correctly
• Rental contract management
• Issue VAT invoices
• Reconcile debts with customers, follow up the overdue debts
• Corporate with other department (Marketing, Front Office, …) to problem solving under responsibility
• Customer service in accounting issues
• Reconcile bank/cash receipt, check commission fee for agencies
• Other tasks assign by Manager / Team Leader
• Filing documents

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate major Accounting and auditing at NEU or AOF with excellence score
• Experience in Hospitality such as Hotel, Service Resident, Office Rental is an advantage
• Fluent in English with 4 skill ( Writing, reading, listening and talking)
• Understanding in Vietnamese Tax system is preferred
• SAP experienced is preferred
• Well-organized, honest and highly committed
• Have analytical skills and attentive to details
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
