Location: based on Site Office of Low Rise Houses at Land Lot K5 & K7 situated at Centre of Tay Ho Tay New Town, Xuan Tao ward, Bac Tu Liem district, Hanoi city

JOB POSITION: Site Accountant

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Duration: 1-year contract with possibility of extension.
• Records expenses, bank and cash payment transactions to accounting book.
• Checks the payment requests and bank payments.
• Monthly reconciliation bank book and bank statement.
• Handling other work related to bank.
• Preparing payment request for subcontractor (including checking invoices, contracts….and other related).
• Obtain authorized signature(s) and process payments by E-banking and/or paper facility on time.
• Preparing accounting books monthly.
• Effectively prepare PC indirect cost for other work, backup expense.
• Checking Salary statement every month.
• Assisting in preparing financial statements, cash flow, cost center reports, and other reports.
• Other duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS

• University Degree in related majors to accounting field.
• At least 2 years of working experiences.
• Good communication English skill due to working with foreigner manager.
