VACANCIES: Management Accounting Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Make monthly P&Ls
Make budget, cash flow forecasts on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
Input accounting data into the system (using accounting software)
Track and reconcile AR & AP, report customers' payments
Monitor, review and ensure billings to customers are performed timely and accurately
Monitor accounts receivables aging and following up on long-overdue payments
Assure accounting activities and transactions are recorded and reported in compliance with the tax law and accounting law
Update for changes in tax regulations and the Vietnamese accounting system
Make internal spreadsheets and reports for Directors
Make profit and loss spreadsheets according to the aims of the Directors
Perform other management reports as requested by the Direct Manager

REQUIREMENTS

Graduated from university in Accounting/Auditing/Finance or related fields
At least 2 years of experience in accounting
Must be able to work with native English speakers (reading/writing/listening/speaking)
Knowledge of international accounting is a plus
Having experiences in using Misa software is a plus
Has a good knowledge of Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations
Demonstrates integrity in dealing with and managing confidential information
Good skills in MS Office, especially excel
Be able to learn new things as a fast learner
Trustworthy, careful and organized
Shows initiative and has a strong work ethic
Ability to work under pressure
