JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle all AP relates which is including international, domestic, T&E, … of both Commercial and Plant
- Review the documents are complied with local requirement and internal control policy. Contracts, PO, GR, Invoice should be reconciled
- Check the GL, Cost center using in PO is correct or not
- Corporate with AP Manila to solve the invoice/PO issue
- Review the vendor master data
- Reconcile AP, GRIR account monthly
- Debt confirmation with vendors
- Freshers with experience in AP Intern from 6-month to above or 1 -year experience in the same position
- Good English (able to work with regional team) for payment
- Experienced in using systems is a plus
- Proactive, quick learner & willing to go beyond
- Able to work temporarily for 1 year
- Salary: up to 12,000,000 VND gross (base on skills and experience) + 300k phone allowance
- 13th + 14th salary bonus (pro-rated data)
- Sign contract with 3rd party – Talentnet
- 100% salary in probation period & 100% SHUI insurance
