1. In charge of periodical cash planning and day-to-day cash management: Prepare monthly cash planning, monitor and control cash amount at banks for company management.
2. Contact with bank/ credit institutions for loan monitoring: application for loan drawdown, repayment, monthly reconciled with the bank/ credit institution, loan report.
3. In charge of project financial works , monitoring of contractual payments to main contractors, co-work with other related sections for the project finance.
4. Analysis of monthly selling, general and administrative expenses of the company: actual vs. projected cost report, explanation on variance, provide information and advice to Finance Director.
5. Checking all the request for payment/ advance before verify of Finance Director and approval of GD/DGD.
6. Other works assigned by Finance Director or BOD

5. Develop and implement finance, accouting, billing and auditing procedures.
6. Establish and maintain appropriate intermal control safeguards.
7. Ensure records systems arre maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.
