Cty khách hàng của mình là cty của Nhật, đang có nhu cầu tuyển 2 nhân viên kế toán cho cty, cty chuyên sản xuất vỏ xe địa điểm làm việc là ở quận 1 nha. Cả nhà tham khảo JD phía dưới giúp mình với:
Accoutant Executive (800$ Gross)
Report to Chief Accountant
- Deliver annual, quarterly, monthly, and ad hoc financial reports both internally as required by the Management and externally as regulated by Vietnamese Law;
- Ensure bookkeeping system maintained in accordance with General Accepted Accounting Practices;
- Maintain and document internal control procedures, ensure the effectiveness of established financial policies and procedures;
- Check banking reports with banking books, Official receipts, relevant supporting documents, and Journal entries for correction and investigate any discrepancies for necessary adjustment, forward to Senior Accountant once corrected;
- Responsible for monthly AR reports, daily VAT invoices, monthly VAT output reports, and weekly Cash flow reports;
- Liasing and work with tax authorities, auditors, bankers;
- Provide guidance and technical support for the accounting team;
Requirements:
Degree in Accounting/Finance;
Have experience in Logistic, Export & Import
Microsoft: Good Excel, SAP System
- Experience with multinational companies in the equivalent positions is an advantage;
- Familiar with MS.Office and Accounting software;
- Meticulous, analytical, and independent worker;
- Ability to work under pressure and cope with tight dateline;
- Good command of English is a priority
