Key Responsibilities:
- Apply procedures and accounting process for supporting all departments within the company
- Follow up and perform monthly company’s operating reports (sales, revenue & expenses for the Business units in particular and the company-wide in general)
- Perform financial analysis and reporting to Management and Executives
- Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options
- Prepare special financial reports (timely and ad-hoc reports) by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information in web-based systems
- Prepare and distribute the data analysis reports for supporting the quarterly review with clients
- Keep track of the finance information and make analysis on these data for reporting
- Review and analyze monthly results to ensure accuracy of financial statements, making accruals and adjustments as needed
- Follow-up and give suggestion/ explanation for financial reporting
- Maintain customer confidence and protect operation by keeping financial information confidential
- Directly work with the heads of Business units, Project leads & Finance directors in both VN and US

Knowledge and skills:
- Minimum 06 years working experience in Finance/ Accounting jobs
- Have experiences & working for foreign companies
- Analyzing and reporting skills are needed
- Good in English communication in speaking and writing as a condition required
- Able to work under high pressure (with differences of time zone)
- Honest, hard-working, careful, proactive in working
- Responsible for tasks assignments
- Ability to work independently and team-work
- Bachelor degree or above with major in Accounting or Finance
