Implemnent the below mentioned tasks:
1. Costing
- Establish a reasonably accurate standard costing and analyse production cost.
- Develop and monitor the calculation for timely and accurate of monthly actual and budget cost for each project
- Budgeting control, managing and provide shipbuilding cost analysis and cost variance analysis : raw materials, direct labor and overhead.
- Budget control, managing monitoring and analyzing transportation and warehouse costs, shipbuilding cost
- Analyzing and monitoring inventory cycles and inventory value of the company.
- Controlling and monitoring costs of obsolete inventories, slow moving items and damaged inventories.
2. Budget & Reporting
- Reviewing, checking, Analyze and consolidate annual budget. Half year revise (P&L, PS, CF)
- Prepare long term financial projection based on assumption provided by management team.
- Coordinate timely and accurate reporting of monthly managements reports.
- Analyze monthly results against budget/ expected/ last month/ last year/ year to date.
- Explain/ obtain explanation of variances and recommend corrective action/ improvement.
- Analyze Financial reports, Investment project, Costing Saving Project.
- Analyze Balance sheet.
3. Others
- Any other task as assign by superior.
Yêu cầu
- Good healthy, aged above 27
- Finance accounting background
- Good English and Microsoft Office skill
- Good analysis, consolidate and planning skill
- At least 6 years experience with at least 3 years in working as costing officer or Reporting & Budget.
- able to work in independently in pressure environment
- Accountability
- Priority:
+ Have experience in oil & gas and ship building industry.
+ ERP system understanding
+ ACCA certificate is preferred.
