Job Description
The selected candidate shall be responsible for the preparation & finalization of audited accounts, ad hoc management reports and month end accounts.; Managing the treasury functions, proactive cash flow projections, foreign trade activities including LC, DP, DA and Bank Guarantees; Reviewing all types of contracts; Supervision of credit control and payroll functions; Ensuring the compliance with all types of statutory commitments including CIT, WHT, VAT and import duty claims; Liaising with the Banks, Tax authorities, external auditors, custom authorities and other external parties; Providing all statutory reports to Government Agencies, Financial Institutions and Authorized External Parties.
Requirements:
The person we are looking for must be:
· Vietnamese National
· Financial and Accounting University Degree Holders, preferably Fullor part-qualifiedfrom a recognized accounting body such as ACCA.
· Of 5 years work experience in a large manufacturing company at least 3 years of which are in a similar position.
· Proficient in written and spoken English.
· Of good IT skills; Experience in Oracle Financials (ERP) will be a definite advantage
· Be able to lead a team of 10 employees.
· Results focused, highly conscientious and a team player.
