Effective eye contact is an important feedback device.Looking at who are listening. then you can determine how you do with them to know their reacting. That will be a much more effective speaking

Nhưng mà người Việt mình khi giao tiếp có hay nhìn vào mắt như người phương Tây đâu, nhiều khi lại bị cho là không lịch sự cho lắm, đặc biệt là khi giao tiếp với mấy cô gái đẹp thì cô ấy lại cho là mình không đứng đắn, hic
