Job Description:

• Work with external and internal auditors to prepare financial statements and ensure reliability of the reports;
• Support junior accountants to ensure that their accounting and analysis duties are performed on time and accurately;
• Responsible for company financial statements when working with government, tax agency;
• Full assistant and support to Head of Business in all aspects of accounting/ financial and general business matters;
• Manage the capital request and budgeting processes;
• Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans;
• Prepare and monitor annual budget and reforecast;
• Support and cooperate with other head departments within the company; advising the other parts of the financial and accounting aspects;
• Review revenues, expenses and liabilities of the company and look for ways to be more cost effective, reduce waste;
• Review management report monthly and make the commentary;
• Assist Vietnam in hitting annual profit targets and work with Head of Business and team in doing so;
• Other finance/accounting tasks assigned by Head of Business.

Job requirements:

• Bachelors Degree/Masters Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualified accounting designation
• Experienced in the CFO level with at least 10 years’ experience in financial management at multinational/global law organizations
• Solid knowledge of Vietnamese Tax and Accounting rules and regulations
• Excellent spoken and written English
