- Kinh nghiệm: Tối thiểu 3 năm (Nhân sự Cấp cao/Trưởng nhóm/Giám sát viên)
- Địa điểm: Việt Nam - Hồ Chí Minh

• Prepare management report (P&L, financial report…) for BoD on time
• Responsible for managing accounting book (BS, PL, Trial balance…)
• Responsible for managing accounting system
• Responsible for tax payment, tax declaration
• Responsible for account receivable, payable
• Co-operate with other functions in both financial and operations activities such as Forecasts, Operating Reviews, etc.
• Takes part in developing implementing and updating new policies and procedures
• Be responsible for contacting and dealing with tax/ audit authorities to solve tax/ audit issues.
• Assist with legal matters as arising

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Graduated from University majoring in Account or Finance
• 3 years of experience
• Can communicate by English and Japanese
• Have experience and knowledge in using Microsoft Office (Access, Word, Excel…) and ERP system (AX, NAV…)
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards and local accounting rules
• Exposure to management accounting with very strong business senses
• Strong in analytical work and problem solving
• Strong leadership, high level of integrity
• Good experience in managing and using accounting software
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, integrative, mature, target oriented, decisive, multi-tasking ability and performs each essential duty accurately and able to keep confidential information.
• Honest, teamwork ability
• High standard of ethics, integrity and confidentiality
• Fast- learner, willing-to-learn attitude and can-do attitude
