MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Responsibility:
• Update the new fixed asset into the ERP system follow the standard and local regulation, and run monthly depreciation calculation the reconcile with general ledgers
• Follow up the capex project and update the CIP transactions
• Prepare the capex forecast report monthly and reconcile with project status report
• Perform yearly fixed asset check
• Manage monthly tax data and reports like VAT, WHT, PIT
• Handle other taxation matter like provide data and documents for tax review and tax audit
• Tax advisory (if possible) for any requirement from team regarding legal regulation.
• Handle the jobs back up for other position like AR/AP accountant, Cost and Inventory accountant, General accountant
• Do other works as order of manager like update the GTM position, prepare and analysis and the trading PnL and crush PnL…
• Handle Local reports such as Statistic report, Loan & interest for SBV.
• Management all imported material commodity as SB, SBM, SBH, Lecithin.
Job requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting
• Knowledge of local tax and statutory reporting required
• Familiar with ERP Systems, SAP preferred.
• Multinational financial reporting experience, Hyperion preferred
• 3 - 5 years experience in financial accounting, tax accounting, and management accounting.
• Have knowledge about commodity trading, and MTM accounting
Personal Characteristics & behaviors
• High sense of responsibility, work priority,
• Willing to learn, teamwork spirit, can work under high pressure
• English and Vietnamese Fluency Required
• Analytical skill
• Attention to details
