JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Assume overall responsibility for the set up and management of the company’s Accounting and financial systems across all offices.
• Within the head office, manage the Accounting department to ensure they complete all required tasks in a timely, accurate and professional manner
• In consultation with the CEO and COO, set up and monitor the budget on a quarterly basis for the entire organization
• Develop the templates, SOPs and implement a financial reporting system for the entire organization including revenue, profit and loss, cashflow and budget summary reporting
• Provide management reporting and commercial analysis to senior management to identify where cost savings are achievable
• Integration of front office and back office operations
• Consolidation of all Trails of Indochina’s regional offices, and investigation into potential restructuring to enhance the company’s position
• Production and explanation of financial reports to enable a third party to accurately assess the quality of the company’s performance
• Review of the Management Letter recommendations after completion of external financial audit, and follow up on necessary requirements
Experience & Desired Attributes:
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Financial Controller or in a similar role
• Policy development and implementation skills
• Accountable
• Trustworthy
• Working well under pressure, independently & in a group environment
• Dedication to getting the job done, even if requiring long hours
Qualifications:
• CA/CPA qualified
• Bachelor of Finance or Economics preferred
