1. Job Description:
• Provide front line support in regard of accounting, finance and internal control embedded in Purchase to Pay (P2P) and Inventory to Costing (I2C) processes
• Review routine transactions performed by junior accountant, ensuring financial transactions and vouchers are properly prepared, authorized, recorded, transferred and filed in compliance with PI Vietnam accounting procedures.
• Ensure internal control and its payment process and inventory management applied in Agro in compliance with company Policies & Procedures. Also cooperate with other members of Finance Control to adapt this system to new/emerged activities in Agro.
• Ensure integrity of data in Agro Software from farmer/farm KPI management to ware house records and cash transactions. Also responsible for consistent reconciliation this data to ERP Oracle.
• Ensure agro activities, established and emerged, are always effectively reflected in Agro Software for control and reporting purposes.
• Assist Agro Director in commercial aspects of Agro activities, such as review contracts with 3rd parties commitment, functionally reported to HO Finance Control.
• Be responsible for all financial management reports on Agro activities.
• Other finance projects as requested
2. Candidate requirements
• Based in Da Lat or willing to relocate and work long-term in Da Lat
• At least 4 years experience in accounting with 2 years in team leader position.
• Good understanding of International Accounting standards
• Good experience in managing and using accounting software
• Good English communication skills
• Good management skills, strong in analytical and problem solving
• Efficient Computer skills in MS Office
• Obtain well rounded capabilities being able to provide supportive advice commercial aspects
