Main tasks include fully in charge of daily accounting activities, preparation of financial statement with accounting company, and support with mercantile, legal and tax compliance.
Job Description

• Perform daily accounting activities and record into accounting software timely and accurately
• Monitor all accounting policies and procedures to ensure internal control
• Archive and ensure traceability of all Company’s transactions and contracts (preparing a summary of main contracts to Controlling Team).
• Prepare month end reporting package and reconciliations.
• Cash forecast preparation.
• Bank payments.
• Deal with tax department and related governmental authorities
• Provide support to auditors
• Implement tracking system for approvals
• Ensures all work is completed with a high attention to detail in a daily basis.
• Open mind for a continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

• University Degree. At least 2-5 years experience at the same position.
• Fluent English is needed
• Previous working experience in Accounting & Administration Department
• Familiar with MS. Office, Fast accounting software.
• Executes directions received from superiors. Accepts criticism and feedback as a growth opportunity. Team player and team builder works effectively and collaborates well with peers, subordinates and superiors. Listens well, takes ideas seriously. Provides information; willing to help where needed.
