General Accountant for Sino:
1. Maintain financial accounting database and filling records.
2. Monitor all compliance procedures and policies of the company.
3. Making financial report by Vietnamese and English.
4. Make internal managements and financial reports. Make the annual budget plan and analysis cost report, follow the monthly cash-flow, financial statements.
5. In charge of accounting books, prepare the monthly, quarterly, and yearly. Annual financial statements, responsible in the submission of various statutory reports (Tax report, Annual Financial Statement…) to the Tax authority.
6. Update Law and Tax, other tax relevant matters. Report directly for Board of Director.
7. Work with both internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits.
8. Control payment transaction and cash flows and ensure accurate recording.
9. Prepare monthly financial statement and other reports as required. Ensure that all reports are finalized correctly and published on time.
Chief Accountant for Sino Group:
10. Operating accounting department and ensure that completed tasks.
11. Making financial reports by Vietnamese and English for B.O.D of Sino Group.
12. Set up accounting system. Monitor all checking books… ensure that exactly according to Law.
13. Training, supervise and manage Accounting staffs to fulfill their duties
14. Prepare the budget and forecast for financial planning. Ensures the accurate compilation, analysis and reporting of accounting data to B.O.D on time.
15. Making reports for Accounting Department, submitting to Management and Tax authority.
16. Commitment to information security of the company.
17. Proposed KPIs, operational planning, KPI allocation to employees, organization and operation, control and timely information in the implementation process to achieve the company’s goals. Effective coordination with other departments to carry out your duties.
18. Monitor for all financial accountant activities of Sino Group.

Yêu cầu
- University graduated major in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 5 years experience working in the position of chief accountant.
- Have Chief Accountant Certificate.
- Using English for accounting reports.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards
- Solid knowledge and always update of with Vietnam Laws, regulations related to accounting job and tax issue.
- Analytical skills.
- Being careful, honest, high responsible, detailed working, well organized and time schedule
- Good at computer skills (MS Office, internet, Accounting Software...
- Knowledge about KPI, ISO, ERP

- Salary pay: around $1000 gross. It depends on candidate's experience an qualification.
