Job Description:
- Process payment, check documents and invoice to ensure that payments are for existing sub-contractors, suppliers and at reasonable price
- Managing petty cash, bank statement, accounts, all bank transaction & correspondence. Maximize gains from bank interest deposit (review and negotiate bank interest rate)
- Being in charge of payroll, Social & Health Insurance matter.
- Being charge of tax declarations : CIT, VAT, PIT
- Being in charge in preparation of financial reports to related authorities to comply with Vietnamese laws and head quarter.
- Dealing with related authorities for accounting and tax matter.
- Others duties as request from Manager
Requirements:
- University Degree in Accounting/ Finance
- At least 3 years experience in the same position. Experience with construction Co., is highly appreciated
- Well knowledge in related Vietnamese regulations and law.
- Able to work independently, high - responsibility, hard - working, and honnest.
- Good computer skills and fluent command of written and spoken English
