JOB VACANCY: Receivable Accountant

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Performing account reconciliations with clients.
• Generating invoices and account statements.
• Record revenue and debit cash in bank into accounting software.
• Daily/ weekly/monthly revenue report.
• Keep track of receivable balance of clients and reconcile weekly.
• Prepare output invoice list monthly.
• Performing other ad hoc tasks as required by the supervisor.
• Performing account reconciliations with clients.
• Generating invoices and account statements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance…
• 1+ year of experience in an accounting department.
• Can use English in work at reading and writing skills.
• Proficiency with a computer.
• Good knowledge of Excel and various accounting software programs.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving.
• Able to maintain confidentiality.
