Calculating the rebates, to ensure that all discounts items, rebates is paid by suppliers under regular of company
Issue debit notes to suppliers.
Follow-up the receivable items (Trade Commitments, Claim, Penalties,…)
Control and follow-up the contracts, discounting terms and other receivable between Lotte Mart Việt Nam or systems and the contracts.
Get turnover from systems to follow-up and calculating rebates.
Make provision reports about rebate by monthly/quarterly,…
Support buyers, suppliers for comparing turnover, debt.….
Support auditing in concerned job (external auditing,..)
Participate in auditing …..
Check documents, vouchers for suppliers in liquidation
Make reports by monthly, quarterly and yearly about turnover, rebates, receivable amounts …
Contact accounting department with related jobs
Organize and safekeeping all contracts, documents.
Other duties as requested by Director

• Graduated from University in major Finance, Accounting.
• At least 1 year experience.
• Good English communication
