Mô tả công việc
1. Key duties:
- Implement payment operations and collect cash when customers finish their
shopping
- Checking merchandise and wrapping procedure for customers to bring home
- Manage turnover during the shift.
- Inform to customers the services and promotions.
- Answers to questions of customers about merchandise and services provided in
supermarket.
- Assist other departments under order from direct managers
2. Responsibilities:
- Input accurately each merchandise into the system
- Receive the cash from customers, check the amount of money and give the surplus
money to customers in clear and accurate way
- Checking carefully information of credit card, signature when customers pay by credit
card.
- Issue receipts, advance note and implement the collecting and paying surplus money
to customers exactly to the bills.
- Sign out from the system at end of the shift
- Integrate data and control sales invoices, data related to sales
- Managing and checking cash, deposit, payment receipts via bank card to ensure that
the actual amount of cash in a match with financial documents.
- Make the table of counting money and handover the cash to cashier or accountant at
end of the shift
3. Be responsible for managing of cashiers & customer service staffs:
- Control the quality of customer service
- Handle all cases and problems during the payment procedure of cashiers.
- Control the compliance of company policy of staff
- Arrange the shift schedule for staff
- Give instructions to staff so that they deeply know their duties and responsibilities in
working.
- Manage the working effectiveness of staff
- Evaluate the working effectiveness of staff
- Make the friendly and good working conditions for staff
- Encourage staff to work in team and support each other
Other tasks according to request of Store Manager
