I. Finance Manager
1. Job description:
Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations.
- Perform a full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
- Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring, and controls, management reporting for submission to Head Office/
- Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries.
- Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and related departments in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis. Issue project cost reports for review and approval.
- Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies.
- Support the management in ensuring cost allocations are in line with the approved budget
- Liaising with external parties i.e. bank, external auditors, internal auditors, and tax advisor.
- Work consultative with the respective departments on cost savings initiatives.
- Preparing consolidate data for head office
- Other jobs shall be assigned from time to time by the GD and the GM
2. Requirement:
-Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent working experience.
- Must have CPA certificate
- Minimum 10 years experience in a finance role.
Knowledge’s Skills And Abilities:
- Good communication & presentation skills.
- Good English communication skills including oral and written Good leadership skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well under pressure.
- Advantage is given to candidates with Korean communication skills
II. Cost Accountant
Job description:
1. Budget control
- Budgeting and management
2. Cost analysis
- Standard cost calculation
- Manufacturing cost calculation and Analysis of differences
- Sales and Profit Analysis
- Return on investment management
3. Monthly closing:
- Monthly settlement(SAP)
- Production logistics control and management
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration preferred
- Minimum 3 years of Cost Accounting in manufacturing company
- Minimum 3 years of SAP CO Module experience
- Good communication & presentation skills.
- Good English communication skills including oral and written
The advantage is given to candidates with:
