Accountant & Reporting Assistant
Job Description
1. Accountant: Report to SAI GON studio, your daily work is to:
• Process & check invoice;
• Conduct payable accounting;
• Manage Petty Cash;
• Reconcile accounts periodically;
• Liaise with Gameloft SAIGON in terms of Finance & Accounting;
• Ad hoc requests by management.
• Purchasing: Negotiate with related-suppliers such as contractor, security agency; cleaning agency; office equipment / stationery provider, posting services providers, expatriate housing landlord, etc. to ensure the best corporate rates and service for Gameloft;
• Be responsible for Office budget: follow up and keep tracks of all office expenses (including OT food, office drinking). Control office expenses and timely send reports to the superiors as request;
2. Reporting
To keep the Project Management Tool (PMT) in line with the real activities of the company, by collecting and updating information with project leaders and managers
To assist the Cost Controller in making weekly PMT reports to Head Quarter
Prepare report as per request, and to make sum-ups to relevant superiors.
Production reports require by HQ and Branch Manager.
To carry out other ad hoc tasks.
Job Requirement
• University graduation; 1 – 2 years of experience in related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• English proficiency
• Highly responsible, trustworthy, motivated, socialized, reliable and team-working.
• Well-organized and result-oriented;
• Excellent in negotiation skill; time management;
• Accuracy on data input.
• Good command of Excel and Word.
