Job Description

• The General Accountant is responsible for preparing the monthly, quarterly and yearly Financial Package. He /She is also responsible for assisting the Chief Accountant / Financial Controller in ensuring that the Finance Department operates smoothly and efficiently.
• In order to do this the General Accountant must maintain the General Ledger as well as have a good working relationship with other departments in the hotel.
• Responsible for daily auditing of all records pertaining to revenue, collections and payments of the hotel. Prepare and complete daily reports and prepares relevant documents, journals, supplementary working papers for incorporation in the monthly accounts.

Job Requirement

• At least Bachelor degree
• Worked as General accountant at 4-5 stars hotels for 3 years.
• Strong inter-personality, leadership, and creative skills
• Hard work, be honest, active in work as well as ready to work under high pressure.
