Mô tả Công việc

• Reviewing and verification of invoices, POs, good receipt notes to ensure payment in accordance with contract and Finance policies
• Perform and ensure accuracy and timely payments will be released by weekly excluded last week of the month
• Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records
• Tracking expenses, account payable, GI-IR accounts and process requirement reports for reconciliation and AP aging
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
• Control vendor files and purchase price information record
• Run costing for new items (if any) and for all items by quarterly
• Post the costing allocation in month end closing
• Run production cost collector and checking the variance
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
• Provide supporting documentation for internal/external audits and CIT audit

• Graduated Bachelor
• At least 3 year experience working as same position
• Conversant in spoken and written English
• SAP (or other ERP sofware) experiences
• Good at Excel skill
• Honest
• Responsibility
• Hard working
