Mô tả
Checking & ensure accuracy figures of all transactions incurred in month
• Examine the legality and accuracy of data and information on accounting documents
• Communicate with other departments to get the required information to prepare reports
• Analyze and highlight the abnormal transactions and expenses.
• Supervises and finish all kind of report in time such as
- Closing accounting books monthly, quarterly, yearly.
- General ledger, trial balances, reconciliation
- Taxes including VAT, CIT, PIT
• Reconcile ending balance of all accounts on Balance sheets at month-end
• Organize, manage and keep track of A/P, A/R.
• Manage payroll, Social & health insurance, unemployment insurances
• Assist in inventory management.
• Maintaining accounting information systems to ensure the reliability of the system
• Ensure proper filing and documentation.
• Other duties upon requests of Chief Accountant.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor degree with major in Accounting;Finance
• Over 02 years relevant experience;
• Be familiar with ERP is preferref
• Good command of both oral and written English;
• Skilled in MS-Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
• Can work under high pressure with problem solving skills;
• Have working experience in manufacturing companies is an advantage
- The position required successful candidate working officially at Diana Unicharm Plant, Bac Ninh branch- Tan Chi, Tien Du, Bac Ninh. The candidates are living at Bac Ninh/ surrounding provinces are prefered.
